CitiPark (“CitiPark”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides parking enforcement services through InforceMate, the Detecta license plate detection app, and the My Fine Portal customer payments system across Sydney, NSW. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact details you provide through our Get in Touch form or direct correspondence, such as your name, email address, company, and phone number.
- Vehicle and enforcement data captured by Detecta during patrols, including number plate images, vehicle location, and the date and time of a scan.
- Notice and payment information processed through the My Fine Portal, including notice details, dispute submissions, and payment transaction records. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
- Technical information such as device type, browser, and usage data collected automatically when you use our website or the My Fine Portal.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, administer and improve our InforceMate, Detecta and My Fine Portal services;
- Issue, process and manage parking notices, payments and disputes;
- Respond to enquiries submitted through our website or contact channels;
- Meet our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations; and

Disclosure of information
We may disclose personal information to property managers, body corporates and councils who engage our enforcement services, to our payment processing provider, to IT and hosting service providers who support our systems, and where required or authorised by law. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
