Building a fairer, more efficient way to enforce parking

CitiPark was founded by former parking industry professionals who saw the same systemic inefficiencies from the inside: officers carrying paper notice books, permit lists living in spreadsheets, and motorists with no easy way to check or dispute a fine. Rather than keep pushing for change from within existing organisations, our founders decided to build the transformative solution themselves.

We set out to fix that from the ground up — starting with InforceMate, the app our trained officers now carry on every patrol, then building Detecta, our own number plate detection app, so every scan is instant and every notice is backed by evidence. We followed that with My Fine Portal, our customer payments system, so motorists could resolve a notice online without ever needing to call or post a letter.
